Crypto Memories
If your application requires a high level of security without the need for deploying a chip operating system and a microcontroller with a crypto-processor, then the CryptoMemory Chip family may be for you. CryptoMemory uses T=0 protocol, the same protocol used in secure microprocessors as well as 2-wire protocol for fast data rate exchanges. CryptoMemory does not require an operating system like a microprocessor chip, however, it still allows for file management within separate zones as well as offering levels of security, previously available only in microcontrollers. Great for use in applications like driver's licenses, ID cards, loyalty and e-purse cards at an affordable price. We currently offer memory density sizes ranging from between 1 kilobit up to 32kilobytes.
